     At Three Runs Plantation, one of the standout features is the extensive TRAIL SYSTEM. Covering over thirty miles, these well-maintained trails take you through 2400 acres of diverse landscapes including woods, savannahs, wetlands, rolling hills, and along Cedar Creek and Three Runs Creek. The pleasant year-round climate at Three Runs invites you to savor every season. The surrounding open spaces, savannahs, and woods encourage an active outdoor lifestyle.

     Exploring the trails on foot or horseback promises a new adventure each day. Along the creekside trails, you'll find covered picnic shelters for a relaxing break.The trail system is clearly marked and mapped for easy navigation, catering to both walkers and horseback riders. Scenic picnic spots by the creek offer tranquil settings to enjoy the refreshing water. Some parts of the trail system feature cross-country jumps, gallop areas, and ample space for carriage driving.With 20-foot easements between properties, residents have convenient access to the trails without intruding on their neighbors' space.
