Miss Tracy had her hands full trying to find the "perfect horse farm" for me. Not only did she have to find the horse part but it had to be perfect for my many dogs and a house pig. We came very close several times but all fell through. Tracy was the most patient and understanding Broker I have ever worked with. She went well above and beyond the usual. Looking at all possibilities and even some that other Brokers would never have thought of the perfect home was finally found. With her knowledge of the Aiken and surrounding area combined with her honesty, integrity, and graciousness I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home.
I cannot recommend Cissie Sullivan and her team member Becky Wilson highly enough. I have been involved in many real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, and as an attorney representing others. Their assistance in every step of the process went far beyond my prior experiences and expectations, which was made more difficult because I was buying property in Aiken sight unseen while living in Hawaii! I always felt supported and was given every bit of assistance I needed with multiple inspections, estimates, and more. Bottom line: they are the best, period.
